Muscular Tension

Muscular Tension Specificity is helpful to focus on an area of pain or discomfort in the body. This is not used for supplementary treatment from your primary care physician. This treatment is offered in 30, 45, or 60 minute increments.

Swedish

The goal of Swedish Massage is to increase relaxation by reducing muscle tension. This service can also increase blood flow and increase oxygen throughout the body. This modality is the most common and is a good choice for a beginner getting their first massage. This treatment is offered in 60 or 90 minute increments.

Chair Massage

The chair massage is used for fully clothed upper body massage. This modality is primarily used for but not limited to stress reduction, increased circulation and flexibility, and improved work and athletic performance. This is a great modality to be used in the work place.The chair massage is offered in 20 minute increments.

Modality Combination

As a Massage Therapist we are trained in a lot of different modalities. We have the choice to offer different services to reflect those modalities. Some goals for a massage session I see better fit to do a variety of modalities depending on what your primary goal is for that session. However all modalities can and will be discussed during your session before being used on your body. If you have any questions regarding a specific modality feel free to ask me.

Basic Facial

The skin is cleansed, lightly exfoliated, and massaged.

Rosacea Facial

This facial is aimed for clients with rosacea. Using quality products that help protect, correct, and boost the skin by strengthening delicate capillaries and evening skin tone.

Glowing Facial

This facial is designed specifically for hydrating and healing skin. Using quality products and ingredients rendering your skins natural glow.

Anti-Aging Facial

This facial is aimed at targeting mature, dry, or damaged skin. Using quality and ingredients the skin is cleansed, exfoliated, and massaged.

Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning can help reduce the appearance of acne scars or other skin imperfections by revealing newer, undamaged skin.
